Thanks you for your inquire, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, loves the outdoors and has the financial ability to take Thorncrest Outfitters to the next level. We would like to sell Thorncrest Outfitters as a turnkey business however would entertain splitting it up to suit a buyer’s needs. TCO has been a highly profitable business for the last 23 years, and is ideally situated for growth for the next decade.

Thorncrest Outfitters is comprised of Two Physical retail/rental main street Store locations, Southampton and Tobermory, a river front boat storage area and a well-established On-line presence with WWW.THORNCRESTOUTFITTERS.COM. The website is fully equipped for on-line secure sales and rental booking, all social media outlets and a very large mobile canoe and kayak rental operation based out of a river front Storage yard. The Rental fleet includes over a 150 boats and matching equipment, paddles, pfd’s skirts etc. 6  large passenger moving vehicles including 4 – 15 passenger vans fully logoed and set up to tow trailers, 10 custom boat trailers including a 30+ canoe hauler for adventure races and moving large numbers of boats. A full line of cross country skis and snowshoe rentals for the winter season are also included.  

We are asking $549,000 (plus current inventory) for all three stores and complete rental operations, however are open to offers. We are entertaining offers around 150,000 for Tobermory, plus inventory,,,,,,, 350,000 for Southampton plus inventory,,,,, 50,000 for the website,,,, 100,000 for the business opportunity at the boat yard (beside the Inn) for anyone interested in growing one of these locations. For any one of these opportunities, the two parties involved will come up with a proposal, including # of vehicles, trailers, rental boats/equipment and chattels included in the offer. Not included in pricing is current Retail inventory as this changes daily, however would be part of any offers.
